Privacy Policy
Summary
Naked Chart is an offline trading simulator. It has no accounts, no servers of its own, and no analytics. Your game data stays on your device. The only third party the app talks to is Google AdMob, and only to show the optional rewarded videos described below.
Data stored on your device
The app saves your virtual bankroll, chart and indicator settings, your simulated trade history (up to 1,000 trades), whether Pro is unlocked, and timestamps used by the bankruptcy relief timer. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can clear your trade history at any time in Statistics.
Purchases
The Pro unlock is sold through the App Store or Google Play. The store processes the payment; the app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made. We never see your payment details. The store's own privacy policy applies to the transaction.
Advertising
When your virtual bankroll runs out you can choose to watch a rewarded video to refill it. These videos are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device such as its IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, advertising identifiers where available, and how you interact with the ad. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are first asked for consent through Google's consent form. On iOS you are then asked whether to allow tracking, but only if you consented to personalised ads; outside those regions you are always asked. If you decline either, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used and no tracking takes place. In US states with privacy laws you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.
Simulated money
All money in the app is virtual, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred.
