Licence
If you downloaded Naked Chart from the App Store, your use is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA", https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) together with these terms; where they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails. If you downloaded it from Google Play, these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
Education and entertainment only
Naked Chart is a simulation. Markets are randomly generated and do not reflect any real asset. Nothing in the app is financial, investment or trading advice, and results in the simulator do not predict results in real markets.
Virtual currency
The bankroll is virtual currency with no monetary value. It cannot be purchased, redeemed, withdrawn or transferred, and may be reset.
Pro unlock
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the features listed in the app at the time of purchase and can be restored on your devices with "Restore Purchases". Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under its policies.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from its use, including decisions made in real markets.
